Enjoying the snow

Rocky out enjoying the winter weather. He has always loved the snow. We went for a little walk down the sidewalk to visit a neighbor and  of course Rocky had to eat as much snow as possible.

Rocky is our 125lbs lab mix. He is a big sweetheart. After limping for 18 months we finally were sent to a neurologist. They found a bulging disc and pinched sciatic nerve. 3 weeks into his recovery he could not stand. MRI showed tumor and fracture femur. On Nov15 his left rear leg was amputated.

    Rocky looks like he’s really enjoying being out in the snow. That’s a really pretty picture of him with the snow covered trees in the background. Christmas card in the making!!

    Slow and easy Rocky. You’re doing great…And it gets better and better!! 🙂
